Method:
The most popular method which you may have seen or used, require you to perform following steps:
Step - 1: Log-in to your facebook account.
Step - 2: Right-click anywhere other than a link and select "view page source" or directly open view-source:http://facebook.com in another tab of your browser after logging-in.
Step - 4: Right after those keywords, you will see the identification numbers of the profile of your friends. You will see a string of numbers, each grouped in sets and followed by a -2, -3, -0 and so on. Here's an example: {"100000560184169-2"}. Now just copy a single group of number without the final number i.e., -2 in this case.
Step - 5: To know whose profile identification number it is- just paste it after facebook.com, like this: facebook.com/100000560184169 and press enter.
Truth of this method:
This method only shows friends in your facebook profile, with whom you had chatted recently and after that people who were online recently or are still online. It has nothing to do with friends who visited your profile.
Apps:
Almost all the apps which claim to show you, your Facebook profile visitors are 100% scams. They will ask you to give permission to access your personal data and then they will send a message from you to all your friends. These scams are known to use multiple Facebook apps to spread viral across the Facebook.
Every-time you install a third-party Facebook app, you give the app developer access to your personal data. So, please be selective for the apps you install in Facebook and make sure the one install are from a trusted and well known source.
Continuing most of these apps redirects you to survey scams.
